Quilt Show Entry Deadline is April 3, 2012 - "Judgement Day" (Entry Judging by NQA Judge) is May 5, 2012 for the entries in the AQG Spring Quilt Show
The deadline is April 3, 2012 for making entries in the 2012 AQG Spring Quilt Show "Life in the ADirondacks" scheduled for May 19&20, 2012. In order to exhibit at the show, you must be a member in good standing of the Adirondack Quilters Guild and your entries must be filed with the Entry Committee (Jan Q, Sally M or Susan B) NO LATER THAN APRIL 3, 2012. Any entries received after that date will be disqualified. Entry forms and Quilt Show Rules are available form any of the members of the Entry Committee. You must submit a separate entry form, in duplicate, accompanied by a color photo of the entry, for each quilt or quilted item you wish to hang in the quilt show. The form must be complete. Remember to note whether or not you wish the entry to be judge by our guest NQA judge (on May 5, 2012), whether or not the entry is for sale (if it is for sale, please note the price you want for the item). Also please remember to submit a check made out to Adirondack Quilters GUild with the appropriate amount to cover your total entrie fees, along with yor entry forms, to any member of the Entry Committee NO LATER THAN April 3, 2012. The NQA Judge will judge the entries for this Spring's AQG Quilt Show on May 5, 2012 beginning at 9AM at St. Mark's Episcopal Church Parish Hall located in the basement of St Mark's Episcopal Church, Elm St, Malone, NY. Work rosters have been passed around to guild members - we need the participatiuon of all of our members on May 4 and 5 to help with intake of quilts on May 4, 2012 for handling the quilts for the judging on May 5, 2012. Contact Tina K to let her know when you are available to assist with any tasks available on those two days (May 4 & 5, 2012).
