AQG Saturday Workshop - Disappearing 9 Patch Quilt with AQG Instructor Barb Singer
"Disappearing 9 Patch Quilt" is the project that you will learn at the June 16, 2012 AQG Saturday Workshop with instructor AQG member Barbara Singer. This is a fun and quick quilt to make. Each quilt block starts life as a traditional 9 Patch that is sliced and diced, then rearranged to yield a complicated looking design that is really very easy to construct - a great project for the begginer and experienced quilter, alike. Barb will supply you with a pattern as part of this class. A photo of Barb's sampler Disappearing 9 Patch Quilt can be seen under the Workshop Album on the Photo Gallery portion of this website (click on Gallery tab, above; then click on Workshop).
Workshop will run from 9AM - mid-afternoon at the Malone Adult Center, 18 Morton St, Malone, NY 12953. As usual, we will have a covered dish luncheon, so bring a covered dish to share with the other quilters as well as a beverage for yourself. AQG will supply paper plates, napkins and eating utensils.
Cost of the workshop is $5 for AQG members; $15 for non-AQG members. RSVP to info@adirondackquiltersguild.com no later than June 10, 2012.
